We are excited to introduce AquaTherapies, the only underwater therapy and fitness center in the Jackson area.  We believe that every person has the ability to participate in, receive physical benefits from, and find pleasure through aquatic activities.  We are here to provide this experience and educate the West Tennessee area on the benefits of our new facility.

AquaTherapies is proud to have a professional staff of physical and occupational therapists, and health and fitness experts who are committed to providing the tools and information you need to reach your personal health and fitness goals. Our specialized staff will ensure that you learn the skills you need to link health and lifestyle through our innovative new facility. Our facility is truly unique.  We are completely handicap accessible with a wheelchair ramp and lift.

Facility Facts

• Large pool selection with 3 temperatures to choose from (88°, 92°, and 102°)
• Pools are easily accessible with wide steps, rails, and benches
• The deepest pool is 5 feet deep
• Underwater bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines and rowers available

Our aquatic programs are available to all members of the community.  A doctor's release is needed prior to participation in certain specialized aquatic classes such as those for Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.  A doctor's prescription is required for individuals to receive occupational and physical therapy services.
