Class Descriptons

Open Swim Non-structured class
Arthritis Exercise This class is geared to the person that does not want to be limited by their arthritis.  The movements are small and slow, and the emphasis is on getting those joints mobilized.
Aquacise
Beg., Inter., Adv.
This class consists of a warm up, a cardio work out, and a cool down of stretching and toning.
YOGA The exercises in this class emphasize strengthening your body core (torso) as well as tone your arms and legs.  It is great for improving your posture too!
YOGA Booty Ballet This class consists of booty sculpting and dance that will make you feel strong, confident and attractive!
Fat Burners Do you want to lose weight?  Do you want an excellent cardio work out?  Do you want to have fun while working out?  Fat Burners may be the class for you!  This class is 50 minutes of high powered cardio work wrapped between a warm up & cool down.
HopeKeepers A support group for those with chronic pain.
Pilates The exercises in this class emphasize strengthening your body core (torso) as well as tone your arms and legs.  It is great for improving your posture too!
Toning Head to Toe This class is great for those who have Arthritis, Fibro Myalgia or are a Beginning to Intermediate Exerciser.
